Bayberry House is a 4-bedroom, 2-bath home designed for comfort and connection. The main floor offers an open living, dining, and kitchen area perfect for gathering, plus a cozy queen bedroom and full bath. Upstairs, three bedrooms (two queens, one with twin beds) and a second bathroom give everyone space to unwind. Each bedroom has its own whisper-quiet AC unit for personalized comfort.

The Experience
Step outside to your private deck - ideal for morning coffee, afternoon cocktails, or dinner under the stars with golf course views in the distance. The fire pit and semi-fenced yard are perfect for evening s'mores and letting your pup explore. You're across from Bayberry Hills Golf Course, 5 minutes from historic Yarmouth Port village (Gray's Beach, Lighthouse Keeper's Pantry, Parnassus Books, Route 6A antiques), and 10 minutes to beautiful mid-Cape beaches.

The Cape Cod Rail Trail is steps away for biking, and you're centrally located for exploring the entire Cape - Dennis, Chatham, Hyannis, Provincetown all within easy reach. Working cranberry bogs are nearby (a must-see in any season).

Pet-Friendly at Bayberry
We love welcoming well-behaved dogs to Bayberry! We just have a few simple asks:
– For their safety, dogs must be crated if left alone in the home
– Please keep pups off beds and furniture (unless you bring your own covers)
– A $100 pet fee will be automatically applied to your stay
– And of course - no digging in the hydrangeas 🌸😉
